Baby, it's cold outside! Keep your hands warm -- learn how to make mittens from a wool sweater (or fleece) . Saturday, Jan 17, 2-4 pm. $35, or $30 if you bring your own felted wool sweater. (Felting means washing in hot water, with detergent, and machine drying. This shrinks the wool, making it warmer, more durable, and easier to sew.) Let me know if you'd like a spot!
