Join us for a morning of movement and community! 🌟 Sweat440 is hitting the pavement with a 5K at Veterans Park in Miami Lakes, Saturday, March 15th at 8 AM. 🏃‍♀️💨

Make sure to bring a water bottle and wear sunscreen!

Whether you prefer to walk, jog, or run, everyone is welcome! Our coaches will lead a group stretch to get us started. After the run, stick around for some mimosas and delicious bites from Cao Bakery! 🥂 Let’s sweat, connect, and celebrate together! 💪
