Come and celebrate the holidays with Carnival Spice at our special Sweat with Spice: Soca Christmas edition! We can’t wait to connect, jump up and share the holiday cheer with you as we say goodbye to 2024.

As featured on CP24, Nike Toronto, CanFit Pro and more, the Carnival Spice classes fuse Soca and Dancehall music through a high-energy, dance fitness experience. For this holiday edition, you may even hear some sweet Parang!

All ages and dance levels are welcome. Recommended for 16-60 ;)

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Please allow enough time to locate parking. There are paid and unpaid parking spots located within venue vicinity. Ossington Station is also a 5 minute walk from the studio.

ARE CLASSES BEING HOSTED BY THE DOVERCOURT HOUSE?
