Sweat Series - Shred415 Indy X TIY Hair Ties

Join us for a night on the decks and treads with Shred415 Indy!

Come with your hair down! Every attendee will recieve a TIY Hair Tie! Before class we will learn how to customize our hair ties and make happy workout hairstyles before we start our sweat session!

Carmel Shred415’s signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you.

Each attendre will get goodies from TIY Hair Ties, Redbull, and more!
