Join the Brickell Babes for our signature Sweat Series at Powerhouse. All attendees will receive matching LIVE! fitness sets (sports bra and bottoms), bites provided by Sweetgreen, and other fun perks. Total value of the experience is over $250!

Check-in begins at 10 AM allow time to change into your LIVE! outfit. Class will start promptly at 10:30 AM. Wear supportive sneakers!

About The Classes:Two classes will run simultaneously, each class 25 minutes long. Attendees will all take both classes. 25 minute heated sculpt and a 25 minute heated power yoga flow.

• Vinyasa Beats – Power Yoga Flow through a dynamic yoga-meets-strength experience with energizing beats that shift from upbeat rhythms to soothing melodies. Led by Amanda, this class blends vinyasa flow, strength training, deep stretching, core work, and balancing poses to build heat, endurance, and resilience. Expect a powerful, music-driven practice that challenges both body and mind while cultivating inner harmony.
• Barre Sculpting A ballet-inspired, full-body workout designed to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles. Combining strength training, flexibility exercises, and precise muscle engagement, this class improves posture, core stability, and endurance using the barre for support. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available to adjust intensity.
