Sweat + Sculpt (Workout + Workshop)

Join us for Sweat and Sculpt - a modelme fitness event consisting of a low impact HIIT workout by Corinne Naomi, followed by workshop on managing your pressure.

At modelme we believe in combining mental and physical health, and our fitness events do exactly that - working out in community, creating a space for you to meet other like-minded people who you can build friendships with, while you also work on your mental health.
