Come and join us on the Land with a hungry belly and a hungry heart, ready to connect to the Elements and sweat your prayers!
The Sweat Lodge Ceremony will be poured by Emma, and held in the tradition of the Beautiful Painted Arrow, helping us to connect to whatever is present in our hearts, connect to the Land, connect to each other and connect to ourselves..
We join to humbly return to our Mother Earths belly, to speak our prayers and intentions for the future out loud, we sweat to release whatever is no longer serving us and find ourselves reborn from the Earth 🔥
We will sing, share, pray and sweat together ❤️
You will need;
A willing attitude to get stuck in and work together
Warm / waterproof / weather appropriate clothing
Lodge clothes - swimming costume/shorts/wrap
Towel (or 2 if you prefer to sit on one)
Water (min 2l and please arrive hydrated)
Veggie / Vegan food to share
Items for the Altar (flowers/natural offerings which can be offered to the Fire or personal power items to be charged and returned to you)
A commitment to stay until everything is tidied up, the set up and tidy down are very important communal parts of the ceremony.
