Come see the gorgeous new studio and try an intro level work out with the founder of Sweat Inspire Sisterhood herself- Erika Hermsen!! You don't need to be a SIS member to attend. All proceeds will benefit Peosta Elementary!!
Booty and Abs class 9-9:45 am - a low impact class. $20 per person, Pay Peosta Elementary Parent Group- PEP Venmo, cash or check. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and sweat towel.
