Celebrate the new releases with us at South West Sports Centre!
We’re bringing you a morning of movement, energy, and fun. Whether you’re a regular or new to group fitness, this is the perfect way to sample the new tracks, reconnect with your fitness crew, and have some fun before the end-of-year madness begins!
🚴 8:15AM – 9:00AM | RPM Launch (Cycle Studio)
Jump on a bike and feel the rhythm! Limited spots – you must book your bike at reception before the day. Tag in as usual or book online.
🍓 Fruit platter to refuel post-class!
💃 8:30AM – 9:30AM | CARDIO SAMPLER CLASS (Group Fitness Room)
A 60-minute session with a taste of each program and their fresh new choreography:

🧘‍♀️ 9:45AM – 10:45AM | LOW IMPACT SESSION (Group Fitness Room)
Unwind and reset with 10–20 minutes of each mindful movement class:

⭐Tai Chill
⭐Balance (20-minute focus at the end)
✅ Members: Tag in at reception or book as usual
