ABOUT THE EVENT We’re excited to invite you to our invigorating “SWEAT 4 VETS” sauna experience and fundraiser. This event combines the rejuvenating benefits of a sauna and cold plunge with a cause that supports our military community. We will have a Veterans Resource Fair at the same time, followed by a social hour and silent auction at Excelsior Brewing.
12-2 or 2-4pm
SAUNA CAMP SESSIONS ($75, link in details above)
Ticket includes:
-- 2 hour pass to enjoy "Sauna Camp" Minnesota’s beautiful woodfire barrel saunas on Lake Minnewashta, where you can walk to a dedicated area to cold plunge in a real lake!
-- A chance to disconnect, build community, and know that the cost of your self-care will make a difference, ensuring the care of Veterans, Service Members, and their Spouses

VETERANS RESOURCE FAIR (free entry)
Check out our Resource Fair in the Community Center at Camp Fire (5 min walk from Sauna Camp), where we will showcase Minnesota organizations focused on providing important resources and services to promote health and wellness in the Military community.
