SWAP MEET: SATURDAY, AUGUST 30 - 10AM TO 12PM. This reserves you a table for the swap meet. Also includes admission for Airsoft Walk-On game. If you don't register at least 24 hours before the game, the price goes up $5. So make sure you register early to save some cash!
You can arrive at 9:30 to start set-up your tables if you like. All items for sale must be cleared off tables by Noon so regular play walk-ons have space to set up their stuff.
The swap-meet will be held in the big staging area under the tent, so we can do it rain or shine and you don't have to worry about your stuff getting wet or messed up!
Everyone is welcome, and encouraged to test items you would like to buy or sell in the chrono area so all parties are satisfied with their transactions. Shooting the guns can ONLY take place in the chrono area. There is to be absolutely no dry firing or batteries in guns in the swap-meet area/staging area AT ALL.
Sign-in & chrono open at 10AM. The quicker you get set up and chrono the quicker you can get playing on the field! Usually get the first games started around 11AM. We will run matches during the swap-meet if there are enough players who would like to play and not participate in the swap meet. Last game will start no later than 5:30 PM so everyone has time to pack their gear up and leave the premises by 6pm.
