Our guest speaker is Mark King, a Cardiff-based property investor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
Mark has purchased over 1,200 houses across South Wales and has helped more than 700 homeowners sell their properties directly.
Unlike many investors, Mark focuses heavily on buying direct from vendors, creating opportunities that many people simply don’t see.
He also rarely speaks at property events, so this is a great chance to hear directly from someone who has built a serious property business over the last two decades.
On the night Mark will share:
