This is an opportunity for patients who have received a kidney transplant and their families to connect and find out more information.

As well as your transplant kidney teams, our Popham Peer Mentors will be on hand to answer any questions and share their knowledge, experience and top tips!

Popham Kidney Konnectors are run in partnership with health board kidney teams. The aim is to meet ‘face to face’ informally away from the clinic setting.


Venue: Woodland Centre, Penllegare Woods, Swansea, SA4 9GS. Accessible just off the A48, before Lezzettes restaurant.
