Carer's Week with SWAN Australia

Join SWAN Siblings Ambassador, Joshua Patrick, and his family for a few hours of science fun at Scitech! Josh was successful in applying for a grant through Carers WA to fund an event during Carers Week.

He and his family are very keen to gather together WA SWAN families to enable them to make connections and hopefully strengthen and unite our WA SWAN community.

We hope that this will be the first of many WA SWAN events we support and help facilitate for our WA SWAN network!
