October Perth Women's Circle

All you need to bring is a water bottle, a journal and pen.

If you'd like to bring along a special item to place in the mandala please feel free to bring something with you. This could be a photo, drawing, favourite piece of jewellery, crystal, shell, or something from your garden etc. Anything that feels special to you to have there on the day.

Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and equipment are provided but feel free to bring anything that would make you feel more comfortable seated on the floor.

Each month through our journalling & discussion we'll explore a different yogic topic, delving deep into the ancient wisdom of the Vedas.

The energy exchange for this event is $49. This is an intimate event and capacity is limited so please book early to secure a spot.

The circle is held at the Mind Body Heart Studio in West Perth - suite 67 Plaistowe Mews City West Centre, West Perth. Free parking is available directly outside the studio.
