After last year’s triumphant success, Imperial Classical Ballet® is proud to return to the UK with their breathtaking production of Swan Lake.
A Story of Love, Betrayal, and Redemption
Swan Lake tells the unforgettable tale of two women, Odette and Odile, who resemble each other so closely that they can be mistaken for one another. This compelling story follows the tragic romance of Princess Odette, who is cursed by an evil spell to live as a swan by day and a woman by night.
When Prince Siegfried chances upon a flock of swans while hunting, he encounters Odette, who transforms into a beautiful young woman under the moonlight. Captivated by her grace and beauty, Siegfried vows to break the curse. However, the evil sorcerer Rothbart and his cunning daughter Odile conspire to deceive him, threatening to destroy the prince's love and Odette’s chance for freedom.
