Swamp House Sunset Paddle Series
Join us every Tuesday evening for the Swamp House Sunset Paddle Series, a fun weekly paddle race and community gathering on the water.
This event is open to paddlers of all levels. Whether you are looking for a relaxed paddle at sunset or a friendly race, there is a course for you.
Race Options
• 1 Mile Fun Paddle
Perfect for beginners, recreational paddlers, and anyone who just wants to enjoy a sunset paddle.
• 5K Buoy Race
For paddlers who want a little more challenge with a buoy course.
All paddlecraft are welcome such as paddle boards, surf skis, prones, and OCs.
Start Time
Tuesday Nights
6 PM
Please arrive early to unload and get on the water before the start.
Safety Requirement
Per Florida law, a PFD or life jacket is required for all paddlers and watercraft. No exceptions. FWC does patrol the are regularly. You don't want a ticket.
Parking
Parking is normally $5, but for Tuesday Paddle Nights it will be $3. Please be sure to drop your $3 into the drop box label paddle race.
After the Paddle
Stick around after the race and enjoy Taco Tuesday at Fishing Hole Hideout Oyster Bar & Grill.
• One free margarita with an order of Tacos
• The winner of each race receives a free drink voucher to the restaurant
