Swallowing Matters Training

This training session will provide you with knowledge and practical skills in:

-recognising signs of swallowing difficulties

-understanding and preparation of different diet/fluid consistencies in line with IDDSI framework

-using various techniques and assistive strategies to support with eating and drinking

-basic understanding of feeding with acknowledged risk decisions
