Our featured speaker this month:
🎤 Meet Bill Wang, an enthusiastic newcomer to XR technology. Winner of the Niantic VPS Challenge (2023) and the Meta+AWS Generative AI Hackathon (2024), Bill’s curiosity drives him to continually learn and refine his craft. From productivity apps blending mixed reality and AI agents to building kinetic sculptures in VR, Bill’s journey offers insights into the power of iteration and discovery in XR. Join him for a look at the lessons, roadblocks, and breakthroughs that shape his evolving approach to immersive development.
The ticket fee pays for pizza and drinks, helps ensure everyone attending actually cares about XR and isn't just a random person swinging by, and helps us gauge and manage the event capacity. As always, if you can't afford the ticket price, please reach out to the organizers.
