𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝗼𝗹𝗱", 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 "𝗻𝗲𝘄"
For more than a decade the Low Lands Suzuka Double Digital has been run pretty much to the same format, sprint "support" races on the Saturday and as the "main" event a 6 hrs endurance on the Sunday. The 11th edition of the Dutch Suzuka event however, will feature something “old” and something “new”.
“Old” as in the usual suspects for the 6hr endurance will still be the DiSCA WEC cars in its 3 class format, but “new” for 2026 will be
that the support race on Saturday will no longer be a sprint format with GT3's but a 1000 laps mini endurance run with Slot.it GrC cars.
An other partially change is the date, normally the Suzuka DD would be hosted on the last weekend of Januari, which for 2026 would only be a partial weekend. So technically it still is the last "full " weekend...from Friday 23rd til Sunday 25th.
As always the Src Einhoven will host the event and provide all the regular "off track" amenities (Shuttel services & Pizza on Friday, Saturday Diner & Sunday's outbound Shuttle) that has made this event so special.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬, 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟴𝟬'𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟵𝟬'𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀.
Back in those days the GrC cars were the considered the top tier class of Endurance racing, some say they still are. some even said they were faster than F1. As part of the FIA WSPC, Suzuka took over from Fuji from 1989 till the very end in 1992. It was the home event for "oriental" manufacturers like Mazda, Nissan & Toyota challenging the "western" marques like Jaguar, Mercedes and Porsche.
Those iconic battles will now return in scale on the Eindhoven track. With an average laptime of ± 12sec. race duration from start to finish wil most likely be ± 3,5 hrs.
For the Suzuka 1000 GrC race, DSCA GrC rules will be used. In short these rules allow you to compete with basically box standard cars, with addition of the regular digital parts, and will use hand out (PT1207G25) tires and Motors (MX16). 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝟲𝗵𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗘𝗖 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
The 2026 6hrs WEC endurance will be run according to the 2025 DiSCA WEC rules which have not changed...since 2025.
Last year the new DiSCA Hypercars (Hypercar/LMDh/IMSA GTP period 2022 > 2025) established themselves as the top tier class in digital racing. Strangely enough even though the rules allow all the unlimited scratch build goodies you can think of, the majority of the raced hypercars sported stock bodies. All of the modifications seemed to focus on custom build (3DP) chassis development. The lighter MX16 SW beeing the dominant configuration.
For the LMP2 and GTLM class there's the B.o.P with commercially available products as listed in the DiSCA homologation list. For LMP2 this means the stock Slot.it Oreca 07 and Acura ARX-05 with LMGT3 restricted to FIA GT3 and IMSA GTD models.

Teams that want to enter this event will be able to register via the online entry form. A link to the form will be posted here in this FB page and on Slotforum. Registration for the 2026 event will open on Nov 7th @ 21:00hrs GMT+1 and will close on Nov 30th @ 21:00hrs GMT+1.
Entry fees for 2026 will be €90 for the WEC race and an additional €30 p/team for the Suzuka 1000 GrC race.
If at the close of registration we have more than 15 entries the Src Eindhoven will have to make a selection on who's in and who will go on the reserve list.
Although a fast finger is important in our beloved hobby, we do not think it should be a decisive factor in the registration process. So in case a selection will have to be made, the status of the Team registration (full description of car & min number of drivers), status of entry fee payment and previous participation(s) will be amongst the selection criteria.
On Monday Dec 1st we will publish the list of the 15 teams that will be accepted for the 6hrs WEC race, with a further 5 applications to be placed on a reserve list.
Accepted entries are required to have payed their entry fee in full by December 5th, in case of non payment the first team on the reserve list will be granted an entry etc etc. Final instructions, including the final entry list, firmware for chip and controller, and any travel considerations will be issued to team captains on Jan 5th.
