Sessions take place in groups with each individual finding a comfortable position lying on the foam mats, or padded ones and can choose to cover themselves with a blanket. Each session begins with a short guided meditation before the sound bath begins.Sessions are held in either the Glebe Hall or out in the garden, a wonderful opportunity to be out in nature on warmer summer evenings. Just turn up and if it is more inclement I will be set up in the hall. There will also be sensory lights and pleasant smells to help aid your relaxation, and lighting will be dimmed inside.
Sound Baths are an opportunity for you to relax and unwind in a comfortable and holistic space surrounded by the healing vibrations of a variety of instruments. In my practice I focus on using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls, koshi chimes, sonic energy flow chimes, Ocean drums, rainsticks, kenari chimes, dragon frequency tubes and other relaxing sounds to help aid meditation and full body healing.
