Christopher M. Jones, Pharm.D., D.Ph., M.P.H. (CAPT U.S. Public Health Service), Director of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) and Acting Director of the Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (CBHSQ). Jones brings a wealth of experience to SAMHSA having led substance use, mental health, and injury and violence prevention policy, program, and research activities for more than a decade.

Dr. William Clark, a highly regarded expert in nonprofit sustainability, fundraising, and leadership development. Dr. Clark, CEO of Eli Patrick & Co. based in Hartford, brings a wealth of experience from his work with nonprofits, guiding them toward long-term sustainability and a meaningful community impact.
