Join fellow Sustainability Professionals for our first lunch meetup of 2025, courtesy of Wells Fargo!

Topping out at 48-stories and 1.5 million square feet, the building achieved LEED Platinum for core & shell, was the first core & shell commercial office space to require all tenants to pursue LEED Commercial Interiors certification, and achieved Platinum for LEED EBOM in 2013. Wells Fargo recently completed renovations to several amenities floors throughout the building, including the employee food hall on the first floor and the Connections gathering spaces on floors 46, 47, and 48, where we will be meeting.

We look forward to everyone joining us on the 47th floor in the Diamond and Pearl rooms!

Reminders will be sent in advance, but remember to bring a government-issued I.D. to check in on the first floor. There are plenty of parking garages and street parking nearby, but carpooling, biking, walking, and using the light rail are recommended.

Again, space is truly limited to only 72 guests, so register AND please edit your registration if you are no longer able to attend. PLEASE DO NOT FORWARD THIS TO OTHERS.
