Sussex & Steaks & Stratus

Sussex & Co. is delighted to present the wines of Stratus Vineyards, one of Ontario’s finest winemakers.

The evening begins with a short reception, while you sample their 2024 Charles Baker B-Side Riesling. Our four-course menu, by Executive Chef Shawn Arbuckle, will be paired with the 2024 Charles Baker Laundry Vineyard Riesling and the Stratus Vineyards 2023 Chardonnay, 2023 Consorzio, and 2021 Red.
