Susquehanna Riverlands Conservation Landscape Summit

We invite you to our annual Susquehanna Riverlands Conservation Landscape summit on December 4th at the Burning Bridge Tavern in Wrightsville. Light refreshments and coffee will be served. This year’s summit will feature:

(1) updates from PA Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Lancaster Conservancy on projects and initiatives impacting the region

(2) presentations from recipients of Susquehanna Riverlands Conservation Landscape mini-grants on their projects and the beneficial impact on the region

(3) a panel of local officials and regional stakeholders who will discuss how we can best welcome visitors to the landscape.

Afterwards, there will be opportunities for attendees to network with speakers and other invitees.

Fritz Schroeder, President & CEO, Lancaster Conservancy

Mini-Grant Awardee: Alexis Campbell, Executive Director, Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education

Mini-Grant Awardee: Ezra Rothman, President, EDC Lancaster County

Panelist: Silas Chamberlain, Chief Strategy Officer, York County Economic Alliance

Panelist: Joe DeVoy, Conestoga Township Supervisor, Business Owner

Panelist: Nedette Otterbein, Vice Chairman, Hellam Township Board of Supervisors

Panelist: Representative from PA State Parks

Burning Bridge Tavern (108 Hellam St #1310, Wrightsville, PA 17368)

Parking:

Street parking is available around Burning Bridge Tavern. There are additional parking spaces available across the street in a gravel lot along Howard Ave or behind the Burning Bridge Tavern along South Alley. For those needing parking close to the venue for mobility reasons, please utilize the parking along Howard Ave.

Who should attend:

Elected officials, municipal employees, business and nonprofit leaders including outfitters, along with trail, environmental, and cultural organizations are all welcome to attend this event. If you are unable to make this event, please consider passing it along to other leaders within your organization.
