The Oasis management announcement:

" Due to the Mayor and the Austin Travis County Health Authority's proclamation of social gatherings in a single confined space, we have suspended our live music in Starlight Terrace until further notice. "

So this event is canceled from Sunday 3/15/20 until further Notice.

the Oasis Restaurant

Starlight Terrace on the Third floor with a crowd of about

700 visitors dinning or hanging out with their family or

friends listening to the salsa music of The brew.

While being entertained by watching those sophisticated salsa dancers and enjoying the beautiful sunset view of the lake with a crowd of about 100 people dancing and taking free dance lessons making our Austin Salsa dancers community and salsa fans each year much larger than the year before. Turn your Sunday evening more exciting than Friday or Saturday!!.

The OASIS restaurant Starlight Terrace at the new building on the 3rd floor all the way open to the lake
view on the west side facing the sunset and the lake for people who want to sit outside with the lake view while every one would enjoy dancing more on a new large indoor smooth dance floor in front of a nice floor high stage for the band with a balcony on the other side of the stage.

Our Austin well known salsa band, The Brew is playing
salsa music from 7:00 - 10:00 pm with FREE Salsa, Cha-Cha, Merengue,and Bachata dance lessons with Tony Mogadam of DANCE U2 for both beginners and intermediate levels at sunset first Latin dance Lesson 6:30 - 7:00 pm then second Latin dance Lesson during the band's break @ 8:30-9:00pm .Then The Brew starts playing for the second set from 9 - 10 pm as it has been continued for the last 17 years.

This is also Austin largest family salsa event where all members of the family can attend to listen and dance to salsa music together,as MOMS AND DADS start learning how to dance with their daughters and sons during the dance lessons
so your children of all ages welcome.
