Tim invites you to fully surrender and restore your entire being while he guides you through a sleep meditation and bathes you in the healing vibrations of sound!
During this workshop, you're invited to get cozy while being suspended inside a comfortable hammock of soft silks. The womb-like feeling of floating combined with the art of Yogic Sleep and soothing sound vibrations of the gong and crystal sound bowls is an immersive healing experience.
Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice.
No yoga experience or mat is required. Dress comfortable in non-constricting, light-weight clothing. The room is heated to around 80 degrees.
