During this immersive sound bath, you’ll rest in soft aerial silk cocoons suspended gently in the air while being surrounded by soothing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
The cocoon-like support of the silks allows the body to fully relax, helping you settle into stillness while sound vibrations create an atmosphere of calm, release, and renewal. This experience is designed to quiet the nervous system, invite rest, and offer a peaceful escape from the constant stimulation of everyday life.
No experience with aerial silks is needed — this is a space to simply rest, receive, and reconnect.
