Sushi NightDon't go out for sushi... learn how to make it!
In this interactive class, you will learn the foundations of making restaurant-quality sushi at home—no prior experience required.
We’ll cover how to properly prepare and cut sushi-grade fish, along with vegetables and fruits for fresh, vibrant fillings. You’ll learn how to season and cook perfect sushi rice, understand balance and texture in each roll, and master proper rolling techniques so every piece holds together beautifully. Then, you’ll put it all together by crafting your own custom sushi rolls to enjoy.
The class is hosted by Katy Cassidy from Explore Healing Food - Private Chef and Yoga Services. Maximum number of participates is 16.
