Her approach was straightforward and easy to follow, and she was encouraging towards everyone (those with little experience in the kitchen and those further along). She was easy to talk with, and gave some good feedback on how to improve our technique and where to shop if we were interested in trying to make sushi at home. 5/5 stars!
