Elder Wisdom is a monthly discussion and activity group for adults 55+ that celebrates the second half of life as a time of growth, curiosity, and purpose. Each month we gather in a welcoming, community-driven space to explore identity, share stories, and learn from one another. Through conversation and shared experiences, participants reflect on their own journeys while also discovering new perspectives. Together, we reframe what it means to be an elder—recognizing it as a stage of life rich with wisdom, creativity, and opportunities to teach and learn.
