I had a wonderful time with Chef Luna! It was originally planned as a date day with my husband, but he had to go out of town unexpectedly, so I brought my mom instead. We had such a great time. Chef Luna’s sushi making class was fun and informative. Her demonstration was clear and easy to follow. After the demo we made our own California rolls. She provided ample ingredients to make 2 rolls. The sushi rice she made was very tasty as was the filling. I made my first roll on my first try!
Chef Luna has a friendly, fun personality and was engaging and helpful through the entire process. I would definitely take another class with her again soon.
