Join us for this fun, hands-on sushi-making experience suitable for total beginners and sushi-enthusiasts alike. We will make five types of sushi with instruction including the following:- Crispy panko-fried king prawn temaki (hand roll)
- Fresh maki rolls with spicy tuna, green onions, and cucumber
- Classic inside-out rolls with salmon and avocado
- Nigiri sushi topped with a selection of fish and vegetables
- Sweet and savoury inari sushi—fried tofu pockets filled with sesame rice
Prefer vegetarian or non-raw options? No problem, just let us know when you book.
You’ll have your own ingredients and tools, so you can fully get stuck in. Enjoy your creations as you go, nothing beats sushi at its freshest, and take home anything you don’t finish in complimentary takeaway containers.
The class takes place in a private room within the pub and runs for approximately 90 minutes. The bar will be open throughout the session for drinks, so you can sip and roll at your leisure (we just ask that no outside food or drink is brought in).
We’re happy to accommodate most dietary requirements, including vegetarian and non-raw fish options - just let us know when booking. Sadly we are unable to accommodate those with a sesame allergy.
