Ever wanted to actually learn how to make sushi, not just watch it happen?We’re teaming up with John Bender of Kitchen Technique for a hands-on sushi-making class where you’ll slice, roll, and plate your own creations from start to finish.
Chef John will guide you step by step through the process, sharing techniques, tips, and tricks along the way. Then it’s your turn to roll, fill, slice, and taste your sushi. No experience required, just come ready to learn, have fun, and maybe end up with a little rice on your elbows.
Come solo or bring a friend. You’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, and a solid new party trick.
