Sushi Class: From Rice to Roll

Get hands-on and discover the art of sushi-making in person. From mastering the perfect rice to rolling your own delicious sushi, this class is all about fun, flavors, and learning cool skills. Whether you're a complete newbie or just wanna up your sushi game, come hang out, chop, and roll with us!
This 3-hour class blends a cocktail hour, appetizers, and hands-on sushi instruction. Guests learn sushi history, ingredient prep, how to roll sushi, and how to choose quality ingredients both at home and in restaurants.

6:00–7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour & Appetizers

7:00–9:00 PM: Sushi-Making Class

• Chef introduction and sushi history.
• Ingredient prep demonstration.
• Hands-on Rolling: Guests make 2–3 rolls per couple.
• Dessert served at the end before closing.
