Sushi & Sake Social

Relax and roll on in to our convivial evening of sushi making. Our cookery school teacher will guide you in how to prepare your own delectable sushi, exploring the core techniques and tricks to forming delicious sushi and exploring today’s exciting variations such as tuna maki, scallop nigiri and salmon summer roll. Accompanying this will be Japan’s national alcoholic beverage, brewed from fermented rice – sake! With enough to take home to show off to family, friends and work colleagues. Come on your own, with family or friends.
