Sushi and Sounds

Chef Nancy will lead a 1hr hands-on sushi-making workshop. Guests will learn how to set up a workspace, prepare the ingredients and the art of creating your delicious sushi creations.Guests will start by making tuna tartare appetizer and assorted Tempura Veggies. Guests will make 3 different roles! Smoked salmon roll, tuna and shrimp along with the sushi rice and accompaniments. Eat in class or to take home! Vegan/Vegetarian we have you covered with vegetarian twists and options.

Guests will join ScratchOutLoud for the 1hr hands-on vinyl DJ Experience. After a brief overview of records and turntables, guests 'dig in the crates' to create a two-song blend/mash-up. Start working on your DJ name!
