Susana Balbo Argentine Wine Dinner

We’re excited to host our next featured wine dinner, spotlighting Susana Balbo Wines—one of Argentina’s most celebrated and internationally awarded producers.

Known as Argentina’s first female enologist (wine specialist) and the “Queen of Torrontés,” Susana Balbo has helped shape the country’s modern wine identity through innovation, precision, and a deep respect for high-altitude terroir.

For this special evening, we’ll be joined by Cristian Mubert, representative for Susana Balbo Wines, who will guide you through the stories, regions, and winemaking philosophy behind each pour.

The menu consists of five courses, featuring “Churrasco”, an Argentine steak fired over hot coals and served with chimichurri.
