Surya Kriya - Rise The Sun Within You

Sadhguru explains that “Surya Kriya is a way of aligning yourself with the sun and it is a much more refined process which needs enormous attention in terms of the geometry of the body. It involves a certain level of breath and powerful activation of energy. It is a tremendous possibility if you know how to use it.

We will learn Surya Kriya over the course of 3 sessions of 2,5 hours/ session, all sessions are mandatory.
