I SURVIVED Inc. is proud to offer trauma-informed, empowerment-based self-defense training for women & girls ages 16+. These classes are designed for Survivors, by Survivors — giving our community the tools to protect their bodies, reclaim their voices, and rise with confidence.

What to Expect:
• Managing fear & stress responses
• Identifying vulnerable areas of the human anatomy
• Stance & movement for balance and safety
• Combative strikes
• Practical self-defense techniques
