The annual Survivor Picnic is our fun, lighthearted way of celebrating the end of the preseason grind — think of it as a reward for surviving two-a-day practices, long summer schedules, and the hustle it takes to get a football season off the ground!It’s a relaxed, come-as-you-are event where players, coaches, and their parents/families come together to share food, connect, and kick off the season as one united football community. Whether it’s your first season or your last, this picnic is for everyone — and we’d love to see you there!
When: Thursday, August 14th @ 7 PM
Where: Waukesha West Back Corner Parking Lot (in the event of bad weather, cafeteria)
What to Bring: Portable Chairs & Potluck Food Item
What to expect:***All football players are expected to attend the celebration and wear their Blue Jersey***
Each player will be introduced by their coach
Varsity players will introduce family members that are in attendance
🥪 Sub sandwiches and beverages will be provided for everyone.
🍽️ All families are invited to bring a dish to pass — whatever you enjoy making or sharing! Afterall, this is a POTLUCK! :)
📋 We’ll be using a Google Form or signup genius so families can let everyone know what they’re bringing — this should help us keep a nice balance and variety....and so we know who to go to for the RECIPE when we fall in love :)
This picnic is one of our favorite traditions! It’s a casual, community-focused event that brings together players, families, and coaches to relax and kick off the season on a high note. Whether you're a veteran football parent or brand new to the program, you are absolutely welcome, and we’d love to see you there!
