This 2-hour program provides encouragement, support and valuable tools to navigate the challenges of the season. Join others grieving the loss of loved ones on Thursday, November 14 in the Woodridge campus Multi-Purpose Room from 1 -3 pm.
Through an informative video of grief experts and others who have mourned, to small support group discussions and a take-home participant book, you will learn how to cope with painful emotions, social events and traditions after your loss.
