Have you experienced loss and are struggling to be excited for the upcoming holiday season? If so, Surviving the Holidays is for you. This is the third year Susan Daniels is facilitating this free event. Susan is a Certified Grief Doula and Certified Grief Educator through the International Doula Life Movement and leads from her own experience with loss. We will watch the Surviving the Holidays video produced by GriefShare and then have time for discussion around the table. Feel free to just come and listen or be ready to participate. There will be one event before Thanksgiving and one before Christmas. The content will be the same but the discussion will be different. Come to either or both.
Both events will be in the Groesbeck Room on the second floor on the west side of the Manhattan Public Library near the Reference Desk.
