The "Surviving the Holidays" workshop warmly welcomes anyone aged 18 or over who is navigating the difficult journey of losing a spouse, child, family member, or friend. We understand how challenging this time can be, and we want to offer our support at no cost to you. All materials needed for the workshop will be provided, ensuring you have everything necessary for this healing experience.
