The first year without a loved one is often lonely, with many reminders of their absence. Holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries “hit a little different” after the loss of a loved one.
This workshop will focus on validating the feelings of loss, and loneliness the first year while offering ways to cope with difficult days ahead and connecting you with others that share similar experiences.
