Surviving Motherhood: Park playdate at Sterne Park

Hey moms!

We're meeting at Sterne Park, which has a huge playground and grass area! Kids can play while moms connect, and anyone who wants to can do an optional stroller walk afterward. Come as you are! No pressure to stay the whole time.

We'll kick things off with a light discussion topic on simple ways to support your energy and nervous system as a mom, then spend the rest of the time connecting, chatting, and supporting each other. We'll also have open Q&A time for any motherhood, nutrition, or parenting questions you've been wanting to ask.

Feel free to bring coffee, snacks, blankets, or anything you need to feel comfortable!
