Make 2025 the year you learn to surf!
Ride your first waves with us in beautiful Cornwall on our 4 day intensive Women’ s beginner course. A fun and comprehensive surf course designed especially for you by girls who love to surf!
We have spaces for a maximum of 10 students on the course and with 3 Surf Sistas instructors and our videographer/photographer on hand you will receive plenty of 1:1 instruction throughout the week as well as benefiting from the group training sessions and of course the support of your fellow Sistas!

LOCATION: South Fistral Beach, Newquay, Cornwall

You will be learning to surf with top ISA qualified instructors in our female only Surf Sistas sessions – your tuition includes the rental of a surfboard and wetsuit.
We will cover the basics of learning to surf including how to position yourself on the board, catch waves and pop-up to standing, and importantly how to understand the conditions and stay safe in the water.
By the end of the week we expect you to be standing consistently on white water waves, with the possibility of progression to paddling out and catching unbroken waves.
The 8 in-water lessons will take place two sessions per day on the Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of the week, interspersed with specialist theory and photo/video analysis sessions.
We have kept the Wednesday of the week free to enable you to either relax and take some time out (surfing is tiring!) or use the surfboard and wetsuit between the lifeguarded black and white flags on the beach and practice what you have been learning.
We will surf at either South Fistral beach, or one of Newquay’s town beaches depending on the conditions. We will always try to find the best waves for you to progress on.
