Surf N’ Turf Date Night

It's date night at the Co-op Teaching Kitchen! Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together!

Learn to make a classic and romantic surf n turf combination. Our surf will be represented by a seasonal preparation of fresh to market California fish recommended by our butcher. For turf, we'll make Steak au Poivre, a peppercorn-crusted steak with delicious pan sauce. Together we'll prepare each protein along with caramelized winter squash and greens for the perfect date night feast.

You'll make:

• Steak au Poivre
• Seasonal Preparation of Fresh to Market Fish
• Caramelized Winter Squash & Greens

Date and Time: Friday, October 10th from 5:30-7:30pm

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.

Please note: tickets are sold per person, not per couple. Co-op Owners receive 10% off cooking classes. If you are an Owner who is currently enrolled in our Community Discount program, you are eligible for 50% off cooking class tickets. We cannot partially refund a ticket.

Class cancellations sometimes happen due to low enrollment, instructor illness, power outages, or other unforeseen issues. If that’s the case, we’ll give you advance notice whenever possible and issue a full refund
