About this Event
Join us for a learning session, date night, or solo community hangout. Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together.
Put a plant-based twist on a classic comfort meal. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make a savory, protein-packed nut loaf and a rich, creamy wild mushroom gravy. We’ll also prepare roasted sweet potatoes and shallots for a complete, hearty dish that’s perfect for the holidays or any cozy dinner at home.
You’ll make:
Savory vegan mushroom-nut loaf
Wild mushroom gravy
Roasted sweet potatoes with shallots
Date and Time: Friday, October 10th from 5:30-7:30pm

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.
Co-op Owners receive 10% off cooking classes. If you are an Owner who is currently enrolled in our Community Discount program, you are eligible for 50% off cooking class tickets. We cannot partially refund a ticket.
Class cancellations sometimes happen due to low enrollment, instructor illness, power outages, or other unforeseen issues. If that’s the case, we’ll give you advance notice whenever possible and issue a full refund
