This is not your typical workout!!!
Anyone can walk into a gym, but this is something completely different.
Join us for a one-of-a-kind outdoor fitness experience where we’ll move our bodies in the middle of God’s beautiful creation. You’ll rotate between land-based strength and conditioning (“Turf”) and paddleboard workouts (“Surf”) for a fun, full-body workout that’s challenging, encouraging, and unlike anything you’ve experienced before.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this workout is designed so all fitness levels are welcome. Our goal isn’t just to get stronger physically, it’s to leave refreshed in both body and spirit as we sweat together for HIS glory.

How to reserve your spot:
